The 51st Florida State Senior Amateur concluded at Lake Wales Country Club on Thursday, and only one Manatee County player finished all three rounds.
Bradenton's Bob Wentzell was the lone county golfer to make the 36-hole cut, before he finished the 54-hole tournament with a 231 total.
Apopka's A.J. Kroeger went wire-to-wire, finishing with a 213 total for a one shot victory.
Bradenton's Jim Stone, who had the lowest area score following the first round, withdrew in Wednesday's second round action.
The next FSGA state tournament is the Mid-Amateur Stroke Play May 4-6 at Bonita Bay Club East in Naples.
