Lakewood Ranch High senior Hunter Sagar, who also trains at
the Missing Link Golf Academy, is heading to Division-I Canisius College in
Buffalo, N.Y. next fall.
Sagar was a member of the undefeated state champion Mustangs
after starting his prep career at Cardinal Mooney, and capped an incredible
fall campaign with winning the City of Bradenton’s Men’s Amateur title in a
sudden-death playoff.
Sagar was also the medalist at last year’s prestigious Honda
Classic in Palm Beach Gardens, and takes his golfing talents to the MAAC
program in the fall.
